We founded our real estate business in Nakano, Tokyo in 1983.
Mainly engaged in the renovation of used apartments,
Since then, we have worked together with the local community for over 40 years.
Through these encounters with various people, we want as many people as possible to experience the unique and profound charm of the "locals."
This made me think that I could use this to further liven up the entire region.

To put this idea into practice, we launched a hotel business in June 2018.
